Get It On! and Annah Stretton Fundraiser for Project Mammogram

On Thursday night Tairua Bowling Club hosted the Get It On! Project Mammogram Fundraiser with special guest Annah Stretton.

A serial social entrepreneur, artist, and designer with over 30 years of experience, Annah works alongside her daughter, Sami, ensuring the succession of the Annah Stretton fashion brand. Her dedication to social justice for Māori wāhine is evident through her charity RAW, established in 2014. Working with her sister, a mental health clinician, they support high and complex recidivist wāhine inside and outside prisons. Annah is also the chair of the Waikato Women’s Refuge governance board. She has received numerous national awards and co-written four books, including her latest, “Grit Before Grace,” available now, on her website.

The Annah Stretton Story  – A story of enduring success, struggle, succession, constant reinvention and substantive social contribution.
