Place mat approximately half way up and set up two bowls on either side of the jack. The bowls should be around 300mm to each side.

Your objective is to run the jack into the ditch between the bowls. Remember that everyone’s run weight is different and it should be as fast as you can comfortably do it without it affecting your delivery.
