Set up at approximately 3/4 length. Three bowls are placed around a kitty which is around a mat short of the 2 metre. Another jack gets placed at the behind; around 300mm out from the ditch and off to the side.

Your objective is to drag the front jack back to the back jack but using controlled weight.
